Although this website is primarily focused on my two dimensional work there is an entire other side to my art which encompasses bonsai, woodworking, fiber design, and ceramics. Over the next few months I'll be posting additional content in those areas.
I've been working in clay since I was 7 and took my first art class at the Center for Creative Studies. I majored in Ceramics in college, student taught for a year at the high school level, operated my own ceramic studio for years, and
was the head of the Pottery at Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village in Dearborn, MI. For the past 4 years I've taught ceramics at Boston University and helped rebuild their facilities.
Click Here to view a slide show of my work spaning the years I was in college and up til more recently. I'll be setting my
studio up again here in North Carolina so expect photos of new work soon... |
